As the Indiana Permit Department prepares to launch its new oversize/overweight permitting system, the department will not accept new oversize load permit applications from Feb. 1 – 8.

The state will stop receiving permit applications on Monday, Feb. 1 at 4 p.m. ET. All oversize, overweight and wide load permit applications must be complete, any incomplete applications will not be moved over to the new system.

Limited services will be available after 4 p.m. on Feb. 1 through Feb. 4 at 4. p.m. for viewing and printing permits but no new oversize/overweight load permit applications will be accepted.

Once the new system is live on Feb. 8, oversize load permit applications will start being accepted and processed.
