Fees & Refund Policy

The fee for oversizeloadassistant.com is either $39 per user, per month for a Premium Monthly Membership or $429 per user, per year for the Premium Annual Membership. The day you sign up for your membership is the same day on each month the monthly fee will be automatically debited from the credit card or Paypal account you used at sign up, or the same day a year later your Premium Annual Membership will renew. No refunds will be issued for monthly or annual subscriptions once the renewal date has passed. No back refunds will be given. In vary rare instances, a one month subscription can be refunded due to any  technical issues. Annual memberships cannot be refunded past the renewal date. Accounts can be canceled for any future billing under the Account Settings once a user is logged into the system, or by emailing info@oversizeloadassistant.com or calling 888-737-6488, ext 7.
